The location was very convenient, with close proximity to restaurants and easy access to different areas; the room had a very comfortable bed, climate control, multi-channel TV, and coffee and tea facilities.

The location of this hotel was good. I was surprised at nearby Gong Cha, they had some goodies, drinks. The room with a hot tub. Essentials that you need, such as climate control, multi-channel TV, coffee and tea making equipment, were there.

This place is in a great spot, close to everything you need. It's right off the highway, making it easy to get around.

Put in a room that had backed up plumbing. Tried to fix it b4 finally relenting on another room.Could go on and on but ... beware

We enjoyed the breakfast they provided in the morning.

Hotel was very hot. Room was hot and very humid. It was unbearable at first. We would sweat just sitting in the room doing nothing. It took about 2 hours for the AC unit to cool it down to an acceptable level. The entire hotel felt hot and humid. There was no AC in the hallways. The carpet in our room felt damp when walking barefoot on it.

The breakfast options were great, with toast, cereals, and hot waffles available. I enjoyed the spacious room which had a hot tub, microwave, and a decent-sized mini-fridge. The location was perfect and convenient, close to everything.

The staff were very pleasant to work with. Our room was large and comfortable. I always make it a point to do a thorough bed check top to bottom, no hairs, bugs, or stains found. Free cold breakfast bar w/hot waffles. Decor is dated but nicely maintained. I was very pleased.

Minor repairs needed tending, we had a cracked lamp shade and one missing a bulb. A few strings and tatters on curtains and carpet. Very minor items. Location is good for access to major roads however be aware that being near busy commerce and roads attracts unwanted company. Plano has plenty of police presence so being overly concerned for safety is not an issue.

Day and evening staff were great. Very friendly and professional. Pool looked nice but I didn't have my suit. Nice room with decent sized mini fridge and a microwave. Lots of water pressure in the shower.

I spoke to the overnight staff after I booked to make sure it really booked And that it showed early checkin requested and he was very rude. Wifi was slow but they were very full the night I stayed.

The shower head did not work properly. We had to sit on the floor, and rinse our hair from the water coming out the bottom. The card key did not work from outside the pool area.
